Molybdenum and tungsten Heat-shield parts
Molybdenum shield, made of tungsten molybdenum sheet/plate/disc, is the heat shields parts of sapphire crystal growth furnace. It plays a decisive role in forming Al2O3 solution turbulence and radial temperature gradient.
It is of great significance to sapphire crystal quality control, energy saving and product service life. SHIBO can produce molybdenum shield for sapphire crystal growth furnace according to the customer drawing. (30KG, 60KG, 85KG, 90KG, 100KG, 120KG etc).
Physical and Chemical Properties:
1. Purity: Mo≥ 99.95%, W≥ 99.95%
2. Density: Mo≥ 10.1g/cm3, W≥ 19.1g/cm3
3. Application temperature environment: ≤ 2400° C
Application
As the heat-shield parts in the sapphire growth furnace, the most decisive function of upper and bottom cover plate is to prevent and reflect the heat in the furnace. Heat-shield parts with high-density, exact-measurement, smooth-surface, convenient-assembly and reasonable-design has great significance in improving the crystal-pulling.
