             High stability chopped basalt fiber roving

Basalt fiber roving is made of luster product overview with multiple parallel raw silk or single strand wire twisting in parallel to the original state merged. It has excellent mechancal performance, good tensile strength, more corrosive resistance, high-temperature resistance but less expensive than carbon and other kinds of organic fiber, which can be good material applied in woven, pultrusion, filament winding, geotextile, prepreg and chopped congigurations, etc.

1. High temperature resistance, low temperature resistance(-269~650ºC)
 
Mixing with the hot asphalt, the asphalt material performance will not change, and not bring chemical or dissolution reaction with asphalt, it can effectively change the asphalt cold hardening, softening temperature condition.
 
2. Superior water erosion performance, low water absorption, moisture absorption <0.1%, and the absorption capacity does not change with time

2) 7--13 micron roving tensile strength more than 0.6N/tex, the elastic modulus is greater than or equal to 100GPa, the elongation rate greater than 3.1.
